The first semi-final match is played today, between Netherland and Uruguay.
It is a good match to watch. In the first half, it is drawn with the result of 1:1. Netherland makes 1 goal first by team captain in 18 minutes. It is a very strong kick from about 40 yards away from goal. In 40 minutes, Diego Forlan, team leader of Uruguay makes a beautiful and strong goal. Forlan is really a good player with both of skill and cleaness.

In the second half, Netherland makes two more goals and the second goal becomes a little controvercial because one of players is in little offside position. Netherland wins with 3:1.

World Cup 2010 (Day Twenty One)

Two quarter final matches are played today.

The first match is played between Argentina and Germany. Germany wins with 4:0. Germany's structure, ball position, and effective offensive are very good, today. Argentinian coach, former soccer star, Maradona has been showing that he is still a good coach with strong heart and head.

The second match is played between Spain and Paraguay. There is a strange thing has happened. During the second half, a Spanish player gets a yello card because of his rough approach, near to the Spanish goal area. Paraguay kicks penalty. The goal keeper saves. Just after that, a Paraguan player also gets a yellow card because of he approach roughly in the inside goal area of Paraguay. Spain kicks penalty. The goal keeper saves. Isn't it amazingly strange? In result, Spain wins with 1:0.

For Paraguay, according to ESPN, it is the first time to be in the quarter-final of the world cup. Congratulations!

The other information also make me huge surprise that this is the first time to reach for semifinal for team of Spain in world cup's history. Congratulations!

Thanks everybody for everything!
